A service agreement becomes binding only when VIP Sweden gives written confirmation and any applicable proposal, service terms, payment requirement or separate agreement has been accepted.

Please do not use the website or forms for emergencies. If a situation presents an immediate risk to life, safety or property, contact the appropriate emergency service.

We handle enquiries discreetly and restrict access to authorised personnel and providers who need the information for the relevant purpose. Internet communications cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure or confidential.

Do not submit passport details, payment-card information, access codes, detailed security arrangements or sensitive medical information through a general website form. Contact us so that we can arrange a suitable communication channel when highly sensitive information is required.
