VIP Sweden is a private concierge office founded in Stockholm in 2010. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you share with us when you make an enquiry or become a client.

Contact details, the details of your request, and any preferences or sensitivities you choose to share. We collect only what we need to handle a brief properly.

To respond to your enquiry, to plan and deliver the services you ask for, and to coordinate with the suppliers and partners involved. We do not sell your information.
4 · Discretion & NDA
Client information is treated as confidential by default. We work to NDA standard and share details with suppliers only to the extent needed to deliver your request.
5 · Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
6 · Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to withdraw consent, at any time. Contact the office to make a request.
